Monthly Beauty Box & New Subscriptions
- How do I become a member of JolieBox UK?
If you would like to join us and benefit from all our member-exclusive services, you must create a free account by visiting our Sign Up For Membership page. If you wish to receive our monthly boxes, you must subscribe to them as such will not be done automatically. Subscriptions are priced at £10.00 + £2.95 P&P per month and can be cancelled anytime.
- When are boxes released?
Our luxury JolieBox UK beauty boxes are dispatched to members between the 10th and 20th of each month. Members will receive an email once the boxes have been despatched and can expect to receive the box 3-4 working days after receiving a despatch email.
- What happens when I subscribe?
Subscriptions for each month’s JolieBox UK beauty box close at midnight on the 4th of every month. If you subscribe after this date then you will be on the list for the following month’s box. A payment of £12.95 is immediately taken from your account for your first beauty box, and payment will be taken on the 5th of each month for subsequent months boxes.
- How many samples are included?
All of our JolieBox UK beauty boxes contain four to five deluxe-size samples from high-quality, exclusive brands, offering our members a mix of skincare, haircare, makeup, bodycare and fragrance products to try.
- How can I know whether your products will suit my beauty needs and skin type?
We carefully select products suitable for all types of skin and which we think will satisfy as many of our members as possible. We know we cannot satisfy all of our members with every sample, as everyone has individual preferences; however, we are working on developing this possibility for our upcoming beauty boxes.
- Is it possible to order previous boxes?
JolieBox UK beauty boxes are only available the month during which they are released, which means that it is not possible for you to order previous boxes. You can shop our online store for full-size versions of the samples offered in all of our previously released beauty boxes.
- How can I recommend a brand I would like to see in your upcoming boxes?
We are always looking out for brands that correspond with the JolieBox UK philosophy, and appreciate all recommendations. You can simply email our Customer Support Team at support@joliebox.co.uk.
- Do you offer gift subscriptions?
At this current time we do not offer fixed-term gift subscriptions, however don’t let this deter you from treating someone special. You can cancel your subscription at any time, so subscribe to our JolieBox UK beauty box service, then cancel when the recipient has got their gift!
Delivery
- When can I expect to receive my box each month?
Our luxury JolieBox UK beauty boxes are dispatched to members between the 10th and 20th of each month. Members will receive an email once the boxes have been despatched and can expect to receive the box 3-4 working days after receiving a despatch email.
- How much will I pay for postage?
A £2.95 delivery fee is included in your monthly subscription price.
- What countries does JolieBox UK currently ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We will keep customers updated on any future developments on this. Residents of France can subscribe to the French version of our service at www.joliebox.com.
- What postal service do you use?
We use a second-class delivery service to ship our JolieBox UK beauty boxes to our members. The full-size products sold on our e-shop are sent first-class recorded.
- What do I do if my box hasn’t arrived?
If your box has not arrived by the 26th of the month then please email the Customer Support Team at support@joliebox.co.uk, with your full name and address so they can rectify this for you.
- How do I change my delivery address?
You can edit your delivery address among other details by logging into your account and visiting the ‘My Account’ page. However please do note that JolieBox UK beauty boxes will be despatched from the 10th of each month, so changes made after that date will only be applied to the following month’s box.
Payment
- When is payment taken?
Payment is taken on the 5th of each month for that month’s JolieBox UK beauty box.
- What methods of payment are available?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Visa debit cards (Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Debit) and Solo.
- How do I know when and whether my payment has been confirmed?
We will notify you by e-mail once your payment has been received, and will keep you informed regularly of any further updates.
- How do I change my payment details?
If you have lost your card or need to update your payment details for any reasons, please call the Customer Support Team at 0203 137 61 74. Our team will help you update your card details over the phone.
- How do I change my billing address?
If you want to change your billing address, please email the new billing address to the Customer Support Team at support@joliebox.co.uk, and they will update you via email once the change has been made.
Cancellations & Refunds
- How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log into your JolieBoxUK account, click on "My Account", then "My Subscriptions". You should see a summary of your subscription. Click on "Edit" next to your subscription. Next, click "Cancel subscription" and click "OK" to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
- What is your return and refund policy?
The products we send to each of our members are always checked and handled with care. However, we apologise if you are not satisfied with our service. We will be happy to refund your box, as long as it is sent back us to within 14 days of you receiving it. Boxes must be in an acceptable condition, complete with original, unused and unopened samples as well as other components contained in the box upon delivery. Please note that depending on the situation, your order may be unsuitable for refund. Also, if you have not received your order within 14 days of despatch, we will be happy to refund you for that month’s beauty box.
